EOS GmbH is the world's leading technology supplier in the field of industrial 3D printing of metals and polymers. The EOS systems, materials, and process parameters enable customers to reliably produce high-quality components, helping them prepare for the future of manufacturing.

AMCM (Additive Manufacturing Customized Machines) offers customized AM solutions and modified and enhanced EOS systems tailored to customer requirements – from new lasers to adapted heating concepts and modified build volumes.  AMCM also builds completely new systems designed specifically to meet customer requirements.

AM Metals (Additive Manufacturing Metals) develops new applications for the metal manufacturing process and offers customers from a wide range of sectors consulting services on design, engineering, post-processing and prototype construction.

M4P (Metal for Printing) is a material supplier and developer and offers a broad spectrum of metal powders. This includes standard materials and newly developed customer and application-specific powders, created by mixing, sieving, alloying and recycling.

ALM (Advanced Laser Materials) has a research and service laboratory and specializes in the development and manufacture of tailored, custom-made high performance polymer mixtures for additive manufacturing.

KVS (Kunststoff Vertrieb Dr. Schiffers) is the world's largest factory for thermoplastic AM materials and delivers fine powders for coating surfaces that find wide application in various sintering and coating processes.

CEO & Chairman

Dr. Hans J. Langer is the CEO & Chairman of the EOS GROUP, a family owned business. He is in charge of the strategic alignment of the EOS GROUP of companies. 

In 1989, Dr. Hans J. Langer founded EOS, with the vision to produce three-dimensional objects directly from CAD data, using laser technology. With a pioneering spirit and an in depth knowledge of market requirements, Dr. Langer expanded the company into an independent and world-leading manufacturer of high-end solutions in the field of additive manufacturing (AM). 

Prior to the founding of EOS, Dr. Langer was active in research at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics, and Managing Director at General Scanning. He studied Physics at the Technical University of Munich and was awarded a PhD in Laser Technology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich in 1980.

Glynn Fletcher

Vice Chairman & President of EOS North America, Inc.

Glynn Fletcher has been serving as president of North America, Inc. since March 2015. In addition he oversees a subsidiary of EOS: Advanced Laser Materials (ALM), a leading provider of high-performance polymers, including customized blends for the AM. Prior to joining the company Glynn Fletcher gathered extensive experience in different managing positions – including 18 years with GF Machining Solutions. 

Glynn Fletcher served a 4 year technical apprenticeship, has a mechanical engineering certificate. He has lectured on Machine Tool Design at Warwick University, UK & completed management development courses at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland & Kellogg Business School, Chicago USA.

Executive Board Member & CEO of EOS GmbH

As CEO, Marie Langer, daughter of EOS Founder Hans Dr. J. Langer, is responsible for the strategic positioning of EOS and its subsidiaries. In this function, she concentrates on the topics Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Communications as well as Culture, Organizational and People Development. Prior to this position, she performed various roles within EOS management and the supervisory board: Leading the Social Venture Program and taking on the task of corporate and business development across the EOS GROUP. Marie Langer holds a diploma in psychology, majoring in the area of organizational and educational psychology. Furthermore, she holds a management degree from IESE Business School and founded the initiative ELEMENT A to drive innovation in education.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Rudolf Nertinger has been CFO of the EOS GROUP since July 2014. Before joining EOS, Mr. Nertinger held different positions in tax advisory, auditing, as well as a commercial Director and manager. He has worked in international technology companies as well as for a family-owned corporation. Mr. Nertinger studied Business Administration at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Washington University (USA) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Munster (Germany).
